We believe that the Holy Bible, consisting of the Old and New Testaments, is the inspired, infallible, and inerrant Word of God. It is God's complete revelation to humanity and is the supreme authority in all matters of faith and practice. The Scriptures are trustworthy, sufficient, and profitable for teaching, rebuking, correcting, and training in righteousness.
Psalm 19:7–11; Psalm 119:89, 105, 160; Isaiah 40:8; Matthew 5:18; John 17:17; 2 Timothy 3:16–17; 2 Peter 1:19–21.
There is one and only one living and true God. He is an intelligent, spiritual, and personal Being, the Creator, Redeemer, Preserver, and Ruler of the universe. God is infinite in holiness and all other perfections. God is all-powerful and all-knowing, and His perfect knowledge extends to all things, past, present, and future, including the future decisions of His free creatures. To Him we owe the highest love, reverence, and obedience. The eternal triune God reveals Himself to us as Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, with distinct personal attributes, but without division of nature, essence, or being.
God the Father
We believe God the Father reigns with providential care over His universe, His creatures, and the flow of human history according to His purposes and grace. He is all-powerful, all-knowing, all-loving, and perfectly holy.
Genesis 1:1; Psalm 19:1–3; Isaiah 64:8; Matthew 6:9; John 3:16; Romans 8:14–15; Ephesians 4:6.
God the Son
We believe that Jesus Christ is the eternal Son of God. He was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the virgin Mary, and is fully God and fully man. He lived a sinless life, performed miracles, fulfilled God's law, died on the cross as the substitutionary sacrifice for sinners, rose bodily from the dead, ascended into heaven, and now serves as our High Priest and Advocate. He will return personally, visibly, and gloriously to establish His kingdom and judge the living and the dead.
Isaiah 7:14; Matthew 1:18–23; John 1:1–18; John 10:30; Romans 5:6–21; 2 Corinthians 5:19–21; Philippians 2:5–11; Colossians 1:15–20; Hebrews 4:14–15; 1 Peter 2:21–25; Acts 1:9–11; 1 Thessalonians 4:14–18; Revelation 19:11–16.
God the Holy Spirit
We believe the Holy Spirit is fully God and actively works in the world to convict people of sin, righteousness, and judgment. He regenerates, indwells, seals, sanctifies, equips, and empowers believers for godly living and Christian service. He distributes spiritual gifts according to His will for the building up of the Church.
Genesis 1:2; John 14:16–17, 26; John 16:7–11; Acts 1:8; Romans 8:9–16; 1 Corinthians 3:16; 1 Corinthians 12:3–11; Galatians 5:22–23; Ephesians 1:13–14; Titus 3:5.
Man is the special creation of God, made in His own image. He created them male and female as the crowning work of His creation. The gift of gender is thus part of the goodness of God's creation. In the beginning man was innocent of sin and was endowed by his Creator with freedom of choice. By his free choice man sinned against God and brought sin into the human race. Through the temptation of Satan man transgressed the command of God and fell from his original innocence whereby his posterity inherit a nature and an environment inclined toward sin. Therefore, as soon as they are capable of moral action, they become transgressors and are under condemnation. Only the grace of God can bring man into His holy fellowship and enable man to fulfill the creative purpose of God. The sacredness of human personality is evident in that God created man in His own image, and in that Christ died for man; therefore, every person of every race possesses full dignity and is worthy of respect and Christian love.
Genesis 1:26–30; Genesis 2:7, 18–25; Genesis 3:1–24; Psalm 51:5; Jeremiah 17:9; Romans 3:10–23; Romans 5:12.
We believe that salvation is by God's grace alone through faith alone in Jesus Christ alone. Salvation includes regeneration, justification, sanctification, and glorification. It cannot be earned through good works, religious ceremonies, or human effort. Those who repent of their sins and place their faith in Christ receive forgiveness, eternal life, and adoption into God's family.
John 1:11–14; John 3:3–21; Acts 4:12; Romans 3:24–28; Romans 5:1; Romans 8:29–30; Romans 10:9–13; Ephesians 2:8–10; Titus 3:5–7; 1 Peter 1:2–23.
We believe that all true believers are eternally secure in Christ. Those whom God has saved are kept by His power and will persevere in faith until the end. Genuine believers will demonstrate evidence of salvation through a growing life of obedience and spiritual fruit.
John 10:27–30; Romans 8:1, 28–39; Ephesians 4:30; Philippians 1:6; Colossians 3:1–4; 1 Peter 1:3–5; 1 John 2:19; 1 John 5:13.
We believe the Church is the body and bride of Christ, composed of all born-again believers. The local church is a congregation of baptized believers united for worship, fellowship, discipleship, ministry, and the proclamation of the Gospel. Christ is the Head of the Church, and each congregation is accountable directly to Him.
Matthew 16:15–19; Acts 2:41–47; Romans 12:4–5; 1 Corinthians 12:12–27; Ephesians 1:22–23; Ephesians 4:11–16; Ephesians 5:22–32; Colossians 1:18.
Baptism
We believe that Christian baptism is the immersion of a believer in water in the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. Baptism is an act of obedience that symbolizes the believer's faith in the crucified, buried, and risen Savior and signifies death to sin and resurrection to a new life in Christ. It is prerequisite to the privileges of church membership.
Matthew 3:13–17; Matthew 28:19–20; Acts 2:38–41; Acts 8:35–39; Romans 6:3–5; Colossians 2:12.
The Lord's Supper
We believe the Lord's Supper is a symbolic act of obedience whereby believers remember the sacrificial death of Christ and proclaim His return. The bread and cup are symbols of Christ's body and blood and do not become His literal body and blood.
Matthew 26:26–29; Luke 22:19–20; Acts 2:42; 1 Corinthians 10:16; 1 Corinthians 11:23–29.
We believe every Christian and every church has a responsibility to share the Gospel with all people. Christ has commanded His followers to make disciples of all nations through evangelism, baptism, and teaching.
Matthew 28:18–20; Luke 24:46–49; Acts 1:8; Romans 10:13–15; 2 Corinthians 5:17–20.
We believe that believers are called to live holy lives marked by love, integrity, humility, compassion, and obedience to God's Word. Christians should seek to glorify God in every area of life and demonstrate Christ's character through their conduct.
Matthew 5:13–16; Romans 12:1–2; Galatians 5:22–23; Ephesians 4:1–3, 17–32; Philippians 2:1–11; Colossians 3:1–17; 1 Peter 1:15–16.
We believe that God created marriage as a covenant union between one man and one woman for life. We believe that human life is sacred from conception to natural death and that every person is created in the image of God and deserves dignity, respect, and compassion. We believe that sexual intimacy is a gift from God to be expressed only within the covenant of biblical marriage.
We believe that God created every person in His image, distinctly as male and female, each reflecting His design and purpose. Gender is a God-ordained reality that is essential to identity, complementing one another in marriage and reflecting the order and creativity of God's creation. We affirm that God's design for gender is unchanging and purposeful, and that all people are to live in accordance with the biological sex given at birth, embracing the roles and responsibilities He has established. This belief calls us to uphold the dignity and worth of every person while faithfully teaching and living out the biblical understanding of gender as revealed in Scripture.
Genesis 1:26–28; Genesis 1:27; Genesis 2:15–25; Psalm 139:13–16; Matthew 19:3–9; Romans 1:18–32; 1 Corinthians 6:18–20; Ephesians 5:22–33; Hebrews 13:4.
We believe that every person has the right to worship God according to the dictates of conscience. Church and state should remain distinct, and no religious group should be favored or controlled by the government.
Matthew 22:21; Acts 5:29; Romans 13:1–7; Galatians 5:1; 1 Timothy 2:1–4.
We believe in the personal, visible return of Jesus Christ. We believe in the bodily resurrection of all people, the final judgment, and the eternal destinies of humanity. Believers will enjoy everlasting fellowship with God in heaven, while those who reject Christ will experience eternal separation from God.
Daniel 12:2; Matthew 25:31–46; John 5:28–29; John 14:1–3; Acts 1:11; 1 Corinthians 15:51–58; 1 Thessalonians 4:13–18; Revelation 20:11–15; Revelation 21:1–4.
We believe that the Kingdom of God includes His sovereign rule over all creation and is manifested through the saving reign of Christ in the hearts of believers. The Kingdom will be fully realized when Christ returns in glory.

We believe that local churches can cooperate voluntarily with other like-minded churches and ministries for the advancement of the Gospel while maintaining their autonomy under the lordship of Christ.
Acts 15:1–35; Romans 15:25–27; 2 Corinthians 8:1–5; Philippians 1:3–5; Philippians 4:15–18.
We believe that church discipline is a biblical responsibility intended to preserve the purity of the church, restore the erring believer, protect the testimony of Christ, and promote holiness among God's people. Discipline should always be exercised in a spirit of love, humility, and restoration.
